Whether you have a trip coming up so you need adjustments made to your workout program, advice on how to handle your nutrition at an upcoming event, or even just general fitness questions that you have regularly, I’ll be there to answer all your burning questions so you never feel alone on your fitness journey.
Motivation & Accountability
We all know that consistency is really half the battle when it comes to achieving our fitness goals. I will send a weekly check-in email to answer any questions you have, make appropriate adjustments to your plan, give feedback on exercise form videos you send, and anything else you need help with. The accountably from these weekly check-ins will allow you to stay consistent even and especially when you feel like quitting.
